2012 Take a Soldier Fishing Tournament
Captains Bill Palaski and Scott Keith will host the Take a Soldier Fishing Tournament in May, 2012. The Captains believe strongly in supporting the troops and doing whatever possible to allow them to get away from the daily military grind. Bill and Scott are both veterans.
Sign-Up Form
Use this form to sign up for the tournament. The number of anglers will depend on how many boats we can get scheduled. We will place anglers in slots in the order in which sign-up is received. Please provide a valid email address that you check. This will be our primary means of communicating information to you.
*Guest / Family Member Policy: Our mission with this tournament is to provide rest, relaxation, and recreation for service members who do so much for us. We recognize that the service member family is an integral part of the equation. To the extent possible, we will accommodate folks who wish to bring a family member on the trip. It will depend on boat space. We will consider guests and family members as "alternates" until all of our regular troops are placed. Please give me a call or email me with any questions. All family members are encouraged to attend the awards ceremony and party following the fishing.
If you would like to donate to help us offset some of the costs for the captains, fellow boaters, and our hard-working shore-crew, please feel free to donate here. Any amount is helpful. We hope to provide a fun, relaxing day on the water for these most-deserving folks. There is absolutely no obligation or expectation to donate in order to enjoy this event.
